Hi. Kinda confused as to where to start on my 225 so oil change and tune up is done..now I had an idea . How about I take it where it was purchased for a diagnostic and possible work? Your thoughts.. I have a vision .. just want it brought back original except I want big tires on it and I have no clue where to begin HELP . How high would I have to lift it to fit sonethibg like mudders I want a beefy rolling contraction lol

Get a factory service manual and use it to diagnose and repair. Use Larry’s thread on here (How to Power Time...) to tune your distributor and set timing. If it needs carb work have your original rebuilt by someone recommended on this forum. As for big tires and wheels, your car is very similar to both the donk and box Chevy; there’s plenty of shops in Atlanta who can do that. (I wouldn’t). Personally I’d put Buick Road Wheels (chrome and black five spoke) with whitewalls or maybe even gold and white Vogues.

Between these two I should be good right? One for chassis one for the body ?

Yes, there are two manuals. Or at least there should still be 2 for 78. My 74 has 2. They cover EVERYTHING. You should be good with those.
