WHen you're stuck at home but want to do more than solitary walks - I give you the Nailhead Lat Pull down machine. Con rods to be added as required :D
    Target - TWO Nailhead heads.

I have my gym right in the front half of my garage. Do sets in between working on the car. Necessity is the mother of invention. I may be isolated but I'll stay in shape. I can still run on the off days.

I have been biking to work. So far I have seen five pop-up gyms in parking lots, yards, driveways, etc.

Gotta be a ton of it going on.

Wow Larry you do not look 63:cool: I can't be the only one who tries to to put a face to the avatar and posts??
Those are some big plates and look way more than the typical 45 york plates. No spotter:eek: but I see the lower clips on the bench bar.
Also what's the deal jumper pack right behind the bench? Some extra motivation that you get Zapped if you don't do enough reps:D

:D:DThanks, I have been lifting since age 16. No spotter needed for 175 lbs. The big plates are 50 lbs, small, 25 lbs, bar is about 25 lbs with collars.

Yeah, that jumper pack has been pretty dead, it's old, I just use it for testing bulbs and such.:)

Yesterday the UPS driver mentioned he has been delivering a lot of weight benches, home gyms, treadmills, etc., and says he's tired of delivering all that heavy, bulky stuff.... can't blame him.

Lol! Would remind me of the old time pictures of the bald muscle guys with big mustaches lifting those big steel triangle weights:D

Also yup I don't blame the UPS guys. Online stuff like we all know is killing them. Its good to have work but there are limits.
