    ... last pics.

Now, both of my "110" Needle and Seat assemblies inside of my Holley950-CFM carburetor are brand-spanking NEW.

    1.jpg
My Holley950 has it's NEW Needle and Seats.
I ran the motor for a few minutes ... shut if off ... NO FUEL poured out of the 4 boosters.
The motor shut off a couple of minutes later ... ran out of fuel.
My new mechanical fuel level gauge is working GREAT. The needle was way past "E."

    20170828_100240.jpg
NOW, my fuel pressure gauge HOLDS the reading after the motor is shut off ... never did that before the Needle and Seat changes.
As soon as I get a lift to the nearest gas station ... I'm cutting down the fuel pressure to an even 7-PSI.

I'm VERY happy that God had me get up that particular day, and go into the garage ... and take care of the FUEL SAGA that's been killing me for over 1 year.

I called Mr. Bruno-D the other day and told him what happened.

After the new steel-shafted Speedway Motors front upper control arms are on, and the wheel alignment is done ... I'm going to Floyd Bennet's Field, and run 1/4 times. I have a digital stop clock for this.

Then ... my new TA Performance aluminum heads and 1.6 ratio Roller Rockers are going on the block.

My-Buddy "Eric" and I are getting it done.
I'm going to use the composite intake manifold gaskets and a different Oil Valley Pan ... that doesn't go between the heads and Edelbrock Performer Intake Manifold. I have a photo of it somewhere.

    Thanks again, No_Lift.

    Have a great week ahead.

I'm going to recheck float levels as soon as the Buick has fuel.

... also going to recheck the Holley fuel pressure regulator's setting when I get some fuel.

    Thanks, No_Lift.

Understood, Paul. I'm doing a "regulator" recheck in a couple of days.

    Thanks very much.

    Good afternoon, ALL.

This is when I had the original primary Needle & Seat in my house ... I took this photo of my proof, of the Needle getting stuck.
I blew into it ... it stayed stuck.

    2000.jpg

Also, below is a very short video of my getting ready take the Buick around the block and back ... after I changed both
Needle & Seat assemblies, and adjusted both float levels. :D Prior to this start-up attempt ... my Buick's ignition system and new Needle & Seats started the motor as if it were fuel injection --- just like before the fuel delivery saga began.

    ... morning, ALL.

A couple nights ago (did not carry my cellphone this one time), I saw a GS/GSX that has a red stripe across the rear spoiler like the one I added in this pic.
Facebook Buick Page member recognized the Buick as his neighbor's in Howard Beach. Anyone on this forum know the owner?

The motor sounded similar to mine ... not as choppy though.

    Good morning, ALL.

Something told me to go in the garage ... and look around under my dash; very happy I listened. I Thank God.

I also found that I pulled my glove box power trunk switch's power wire from my fuse box, when I changed my speedometer cable a couple months ago.

    DSC_0238.JPG
I feel these two SKINNY-ASS wires lead to my electric fan switch. Gonna' check it out later today.

    DSC_0252.JPG

    DSC_0223.JPG
... gonna' remove the screw, re-route the 2 ground wires over the top of the E-brake pedal ... sand the rusty metal tab ...
and paint it black after I tape off the contact point the screw makes to the metal tab.
    DSC_0227.JPG

In closing, I'm gonna' take care of the exposed wire issues, and then it's front upper control arms swap & wheel alignment.
After that ... Winter Hibernation 2017 begins.

    DSC_0270.JPG

I wish you ALL a great Thanksgiving Holiday 2017.

The factory A/C condenser is FINALLY off my Regal. The A/C & heater core box assembly is next on the list of parts to remove.

... badges are STRAIGHT now. Going to re-sand/prim/repaint the grill.

    17.jpg
I've had this red "alleged" Grand National header panel for over 10-years. It's not broken and cracked like the original light blue header panel ... nor does it have an emblem in the center of it ... like the GN headers.

    10.jpg
The headlight's wiring harness' were cleaned and checked for continuity, cracks, and exposed wiring.

    2.jpg
This 1 screw & brace, was all that was holding my original 1987 grill on the header. The 3 clip-screws are going to be used to bolt the grill on correctly/securely, after it's re-painted jet black.

    DSC_0318.JPG
... all sanding done by hand.

    DSC_0218.JPG
My B&M Super-Cooler is nice and STRAIGHT now. It also has new braces and screws, and it's almost impossible to shake/move/rattle it by hand.

The new front bumper body fillers are getting new bolts/washers/nuts, to secure them to the GN header panel.

Titanium Header Wrap on my TH400 fluid lines; they have been kissing my radiator for over 6 years now.

    8.jpg
NO MORE A/C condenser in front of my radiator. It's only @ 5-lbs weight loss from the nose.
The green arrow is vibration protection, red arrow is my tranny cooler.

Radiator housing X-brace before thick rubber coolant hose was sleeved over the top right brace, to prevent B&M Super Cooler from rattling against it. Believe me ... the tranny cooler is almost impossible to jerk/shake/rattle by hand.

Now, I see how UGLY the black fiberglass bumper body fillers made my Regal-T look.

    DSC_0397.JPG
I'm buying new washers and nuts for the 6 body studs on each side of the Regal.
