Yoke Flange and the ball repair kit have arrived. The kit came with two springs, green and black, green being shorter. I think the green one is what I need to use. Also, which way does the seal go?

Does the seal go this way...

or this way? First I thought it was the above, but now I think its this way.

The last piece before the seal is this washer. It seems to fit over the rubber seat perfectly hear.

I'm sure the repair shop knows what to do, but I like to know myself as well.

    First : the green spring
    Second : the small washer
    Third : the three segments
    Fourth : the large washer
Fifth : the seal (you've got it correct in the first pic) spring side down
Drive in the seal using the bottom flat of a large socket or something similar
Fill the inside up with grease and the flange part of the job is ready.
You'll still have to remove the ball and tap the new one on.
Then install the u-joints into the driveshaft and flange first.
Next attach the H-yoke to the driveshaft end.
Finally push the flange onto the ball and install the flange to the H-yoke.
Always make sure snap rings are fully on and all caps are seated.
    Simple right?
