Good day from Dubai (I live in London but am here on business and its 7.45 pm down time!) I have 1 66 Wildcat with what appears the be a cruise control set up - can anyone enlighten me how this functiins? It seems to be hooked up the the distributor and vacuum driven Any info appreciated? If it works like the Cruise on my 64... There is a needle on the speedometer that you set for the speed you want. The get it going and push the cruise lever. The system uses vacuum to hold the throttle steady and it uses the speedo needle to tell if it needs to speed up or slow down. It works well as long as your speedometer doesn't bounce.
