crossmember question

how does the crossmember bolt up on the bottom or top of the brackets. how long of bolts do you need. thanks

If your talking about a 80's Regal the cross member bolts on the top of the brackets and a bolt 1 3/4" will work just fine.

 

thanks and im finishen up my sbc swap. will the old bushings do fine

 

the four flat bushing for the crossmember

 

If your cross member came with the bushings they should be fine to use again. Both my Regals have after market cross members (G-force) so I don't use the bushings.
