Cost to replace?

I had to leave my 4 door 69 Buick Skylark in storage for a few years while I went off and played with the rest of the Marine Corps, which I would like to say was the greatest time of my life, and my heart and thoughts go out to all my brothers in the Corps. Anyways so now I'm back and I went to check on my baby and found that the their was a leak in the windshield gasket and the week before my father took it up to storage we had a bad storm for a few days. So my entire interior is destored. How much would it cost to replace everything. From head liner to carpet. I requested a cataloge from Legendary yesterday but am just looking for some guesses of a figure from maybe someone who had already done this. I know that before all of this, the back bench seat's foam was in good condition, just needed new skins, but the front bench seat needs to be replaced or rebuilt with new foam. Thanks for any replys.

How are the door panels? I do not believe that 4-door door panels are reproduced...
Will have to find nice used.
Seat covers, about $500 front and back. Seat foam about $200. Carpet $100, headliner $75 or so.
Labor--the sky's the limit; consider learning to do it yourself.

I would not try to do a headliner right out of the chute. If you got the whole job done by a good shop about 1.5-2K.

Thanks guys, the drive side front door panel is pretty warped, all the other panels are good, when you ask about the panels I'm guessing that you are asking about the backing that the skins go on, or are you asking about the skins themselves? All the skins need to be replaced.

1.5-2K was what I was excepting. Hopefully I can cut that down some. I can do everything but rebuilding the seats and installing the head liner. I was also thinking about putting down some of the rubber liner spray, line-X type stuff, a little bit of dynomat, or the cheap but just as good off-brand, and new year-one underlay and firewall kits to help sound compression once everything is in. It looks like rebuilding that engine is going to have to take a back seat. If only I had the income without having to spend all that time working then maybe this, what is now seeming to turn into a full on rebuild, wouldn't take what seems like it's going to become a 2 year project. Oh did I mention I want to rebuild both the front and rear suspension!! Oh man oh man.,

One more thing. Anyone know of a good trusted body shop in Georgia? and a place that would rebuild my seats?

Reproduction door panels would include the cardboard backing and vinyl covering, but, like I said, I don't think they are reproduced for 4-doors. So your only real option is going to be to find usable originlas, either in the correct color, or another color and dye them.
By the way, Dublin may be a small town, but my in-laws live in McRae, and for them going to Dublin is a trip to the Big City!!! :eek2:

sad story. maybe you should consider looking for a replacement? personally I'd be hard pressed to put that kind of fix it up money into a four door although maybe the car carries some cool memories for you. i'd suggest you stand back and evaluate where you are and where you'll end up and how much it costs before digging into it.
