Mike, there are usually a number of consoles for sale on ebay at any given time, if you don't have any luck finding one on the board.
If you already have the shifter, cable, handle etc, then you can use one from a 73-77 Regal/Century. They are the same and all you have to do is trim the lower section with a jig saw. http://www.buickperformance.com/consolemod.htm
