Have you kept them stock? It seems the polymer guide is often replaced with a steel one. Im definitely going to shoot the hell out of it first before I make any changes if needed.

I ordered this. It’s due any day. I have one for my Other Sig the P938. I use IWB and this thing can be adapted to other concealed styles as well. It’s breathable too which is nice. It’s a good price as well but gets more expensive if you want multiple styles. They have a 30 day try for free. I think it’s the only thing I ever bought made in Idaho except for potatoes!

Internals are all stock. On my carry guns I had a local machine shop do top and side serations, and added Trijicon HD night sights.

I just picked up a M&P Shield for $255 at Cabellas.... It's the older model 1.8, but at that price I'll throw it in the toolbox in the shop..
I'm looking at a Wilson Combat Elite .45, although that for sure isn't CC!!

The Shield is fine it just can take a while to learn to shoot it efficiently. It did me anyway and I heard it from others too.

I'll be shooting it soon! I'll find out, it does fit my hand nicely.
I've struggled a bit to get good patterns with my Kimber Micro 9, jumps a bit on me. I am carrying my Kimber Micro .380 because I know I can put 'em where they need to be. I just gotta keep practicing!

Not to side track too much as these aren't concealed carry pieces, but since this has become the defacto gun thread on v8, here's a few additions as of 2019 (and still managing to keep it somewhat Buick related through clever photography!).

Yeah, I've long thought it wasn't wise to post gun pics online. Whatever, come get em...... ;)

I carried an A2 for nearly a year, I don't care if I ever carry another one. ;)

The M1A is sweet, I came close to getting one when Springfield was running the promo on them a few months back but I don't shoot the rifles I own so could not bring myself to "pull the trigger" on one...

The other issue is that the eyes were never good to begin with and open sights on anything past 100M is pretty much a no-go situation.

Btw what is that in the top left hand corner of the case that looks like some sort of pink love toy?

Ken, the "pink love toy" looking thing (HAHA) is a little plastic waterproof case. I don't know why it's there, it was part of the case package.

And the M1a being a scout squad model, there are ways to help with those pesky eye sight issues.

So many of these guns are not available here in Massachusetts due to our Gestapo Female Attorney General with the Hitler Haircut. Really.

Cool pic of my used to own MP40.

Ex from early 2000's shooting for the first time. She shot 45's way better.

I like MP40's! It has been a long time since I got to shoot one though.

I loved shooting it too. But feeding full autos is crazy. I would reload all day to see it shot in an hour. lol

I kinda miss the full autos I had :(
