If this is true why are so many cars on the road painted in white, some shade of gray or black? I dont believe there is one mfg that does an interior other than tan black grey or white. Remember when you could order just about any color combo you wanted?
I certainly remember when u could order your colours. There were some restrictions on certain interior exterior combos. At model year end, just about anything was combined. I saw a 1964 Ford station wagon that was green exterior + a red interior..
I remember reading a few years ago that the major production are of the tint for paint was somehow drastically effected .. perhaps it was the Tsunami in Japan. I think I even made a post about it back then ..
