Cleaning the underside of the convertible top

HI All,
The underside of the convertible top looks like it has black spots on it.
Not sure if it is mold or just dirt.

Any recommendations on what to clean it with? It is a white top but the underside is dark.

You might try some Murphy's Oil Soap mixed with water or if it is mold, some vinegar and water.
