Choke pull off install tip

    Ok, this should have been easy but this new choke pull off won't go on the bracket. Seems like the plastic groove is much bigger than the metal bracket. Is bending the metal a bit the best approach?

    What happens is that the pull off slides in the groove, then your supposed to bend the tabs to lock it in place. So the tabs might not be bent open far enough to accept the new pull off. But be careful as the tabs can only get bent back and forth so many times before snapping off.

    Rod goes on other side of the choke arm

    Yes. You have to put the rod on the other side of the choke arm, then hook the pull off to it and kinda rotate it into where its gotta go.

    Yea. Open up the fingers a little and "rock" the pull off in to position if Its a tight fit.

    It's a real tight fit. As for the rod, I can change it.

    The tabs are very stiff, I'll try tweaking it. Thanks

    Update: it's all together and fits great.
