I took that apart and it wasn't broken? And I could adjust the choke lean/rich condition quite easily with twisting the housing.
Problem solved.. Heat riser tube leading to choke thermostat had come out of the manifold. I really need to set up more lights in this garage..
The coils can weaken over time and not move on their own like they're supposed to. Looks like you found your problem.
