As in years past,I'm inviting all V8 Buick friends to come out to the Auto Fair and stop by our spaces.I have been trying for the last few years to create a place where Buick people can take a rest,meet,exchange parts or whatever is that we do on big swapmeets or car shows.I'm also extending the invitation to my GSGN Club and BCA friends to come by.Again,I'm offering free room for Buick only parts that you may have to sell as long as they do not take a lot of room(no cars,engines,etc),I just ask that you spend a little time watching the wares since I like to walk the swapmeet and the AACA show and will not be there all the time minding the store.I will have someone there at all times but it is nice to give them a break too.We will have some refreshments,chairs and hopefuly some shade.Stop on by and say hello. We are located in the Red Field on spaces CR-18/21 and DR-18/21 and I believe to be the only vendor listed as selling Buick parts on the show program.If the wind is not kicking as in some past years,there will be a Buick Tri shield flag marking the spots as well as my '69 Electra sitting there for sale. I'll stop by Hector. The GS and GN's will be showing on Saturday on pit road up near entrance coming off turn 4 between the Miata's and the Factory Five Cobras. Come see us.
John,thanks for reminding us about the GSGN Club showing on Saturday,I meant to include that info on my original post but forgot.The Carolina's BCA Chapter will be showing on Sunday.If any of the Buick owners coming to the Auto Fair are not members of either of these clubs and has been thinking about joining,it is a good time to meet a lot of the current members and ask any questions,better yet,it is a good time to join.
I am going friday and saturday, unforttunately I never seem to frin anything for my special at the swapmeets. Its still a good time.
Hector, I will be there walking the swap meet Thurs and Fri, then Sat. I will have my white 64 Skylark in the AACA show over the hill from you behind turn 2. I will stop by when I come in on Thurs--I will be parking in the back of the red field.
