Hi all, I am trying to get started in the sport of pure stock drag racing. Does anyone have a car they would consider selling? I know after 4 years or so the itch to get something new sets in. I would rather buy a known, good car for one of you. I am looking for a 1968-1970GM A body or 63-67 Small block corvette. If anyone knows anyone with a car they are debating on selling please let me know. I feel more comfortable buying from this community rather than an auction house. Talked to Terry Pennington today and he said his son is selling his 71 454 Corvette 4-speed. He originally bought it to go F.A.S.T. racing, but decided to go Drag Week racing with a turbocharged LS engined car instead. It could be turned into one of the faster PSMCDR cars with pretty much just a change of rear gears and a more free flowing exhaust system.
