well, I've been at the Nats since 1983 and everything was planned for another. But issues have come up where I won't be attending. Heart surgery is in my forecast for tomorrow.totally unexpected, no pain, no shortness of breath, no swelling, good blood pressure, walking while golfing, building motors,etc.but an EKG says something is wrong and further tests confirmed we need to fix something. So under the knife and several months of recovery, bummer. But God was watching and made me get a test even though there were no symptoms. Have fun guys and stay safe.
My Dad just had a triple bypass last month ,he's doing great now. Good luck with the procedure. Prayers for a great outcome. See you next time Gary. Keep us updated please.
Bummer Gary that you won't make it. I always enjoy watching you and your car race! Glad you found out about your heart before something bad happened. A prayer sent for a quick recovery!!! We'll see you next year.
