I am building a model of a 66 Special wagon. I am using the front clip off a 66 Skylark and the rear of a 66 Malibu. I need picts for a guide for the body lines ect. So if anyone could post picts It would be a great help. Any and all angles

This is a 67 special wagon...the front clip is different but you already have that. The wagon end is the same, or very close to a 66. Let me know if you want more(this is missing the side and rear trim)

Here's a rear shot of a 67 that I saw on Ebay a while back. The lines are the same.

Where did you find a 66 Special kit? I have a 66 Malibu wagon kit, but I haven't seen any Buicks.

I musta missed this in July, but nobody made a '65 or '67 (or '68,'69). And nobody makes a resin kit either. We're a forgotten segment. :af:
Both AMT & Revell made Chevelle Wagon kits '65's & '66's. So if you're really good you could convert a '66 Buick kit into a wagon using these two kits. I may try it next year. :Do No:
I'd love to see a pic of your wagon.

Hey Jeff, your wagon in your avatar looks awesome. Wanna share a pic? :kodak: :TU:

How far is Port Charlotte from Orlando?

Port Charlotte is about 3 hours from Orlando (Disney). Too far because I love EPCOT.

The next time I know that I'm going to be at "Old Town", I'll give you a shout and maybe we can catch up with each other.

I would love to share pics of my wagon, but I don't have any nice ones (except the Avatar). That wagon has a good running '70 455/400 and not much more to recommend it. Its a "Rust-Bucket" with not a single panel that is not infected. I bought it mostly for the drive-train and the suspension. So "Awsome" its not!!! ...more like FUGLY-UTILITARIAN.

Thanks for the compliment, Brian, but it just looks good in that pic. :TU:

Well on that note, i guess i can reveal that my car has a lot more rust than i initially thought. The semi-new paint (previous owner put on)covers up many blemishes so i know how you feel. Everyone says my car is so nice etc. etc. but deep down i feel i am losing it everyday. Just wish i had the money to make it all right and new. I went to Old Town just recently and had a great time w/ the other local Buick members. I might not be there next year since ill be in pennslyvania for college, but maybe. :TU:
