I have just purchased a set of Calvert front 90/10 shocks.
How do they use part #43093 for all 1964-1972 a-body GM cars?
All other shocks are 64-67 or 68-72.
Anybody know how this is going to work?

Can't speak for the Calvert's, as I've never owned a pair, but, in other brands of shocks, the 64-67 have a little more travel than the 68-72 shocks.
Some brands the 64-67 has a bigger diameter body, and you need to use a Dremel to open up the hole on the lower control arm just slightly to get the body of the bigger shock to pass through.
Other than that, there are no downsides to running a 64-67 shock on the newer cars, as you will gain some available travel, especially if you have trimmed your upper rubber bumper, or removed it.

    Tom,
I just needed a second opinion about this universal fit. The Calvert 90/10 is supposed to have great resistance to compression so I doubt any damage could be done there, and at 7.40-50's in the 1/8 mile, I'll not be pulling the shocks apart with wheelies.
    Thanks for some reassurance.
