California Buick Owners

it seems Buicks are in short supply here in california. How many of you guys/gals out there are actually here in california?

 

My Buick just came FROM CA.:grin:

Seriously, all the ones I see for sale online are in CA. I think you're looking in the wrong places! CA is a car culture. Look out for low riding boattails and spinners so big you can slice other peoples' tires if you get too close.

 

Oceanside/soon to be Carlsbad Ca. My 66 Lark is an orig CA blackplate car, sold new in san fransisco (still has dealer license plate frames).

Old Buicks are rare everywhere. Hard to find parts but kind of nice to not drive a bellybutton car (even tho everyone thinks its a freaking chevelle).

We are here, just spread out.

My car was sold in Long Island, NY, primarily raced for it's first 16 years in Virginia then went into hibernation (garaged) for about another 14 years until I bought it and brought to Sacramento 1 month ago.

There is a such thing as a Skylark California, which I know next to nothing about. Basically a dealer modded car...emblems stuck on it.

The phrase "California Buick Owners" refers to people in CA who own Buicks.:grin:

LAUESEN BUICK CO. 1656 S. SEPULVEDA BLVD., W. LOS ANGELES, CA
It now resides in Sunnyvale Ca, which is next to San Jose and 30 miles south of SF.
There is a Nor Cal chapter of the BCA for anyone interested. We have an annual car show at Steven's Creek Buick every June or July as well as monthly tours and activities.
