Kill the Irishman 1964 Skylark (Marlin or Teal) I spotted about 3 or 4 times, but cannot find a pic. 1959 Buick Dooce Anna Qwatta?
Not that one. That's the pick with the 225 over on the left. (Red 0n White). The 1964 Skylark was in several scenes parked on a couple different streets, and I think it was driving by as background activity, in one scene. It's been a few years since I saw the movie so I'll watch again, but I noticed it because I have had a few 1964 Buicks and it caught my eye. I also think there may be a white 1970 Buick Skylark (A-body) convertible in the "Dentist's parking lot when Greene first drives in and parks, but it is hard to be certain.[/QUOTE]
A car chase I saw on YouTube (blazing magnum - scene 3) 7:53 long. They beat this poor Skylark so bad it’s unreal!
The silver in 65 is a Buick only color! I have a silver post Skylark myself! Every color looks good on a 65 Riv! Lol The design is iconic, timeless, thing of beauty! Collected ,coveted, cherished just as much today if not more than 1965! A big car that rides and handles like a small one! Nothing like driving a dual quad loaded Riv!
Corvette Summer the intro scenes a 65 Wildcat and a 65 Skylark in the Junk yard https://images.app.goo.gl/A8QxkTkmjgdUvzet9 Regards, Jim
Not a movie, but a (very bad) music video clip. This was filmed 10+ years ago with my 75 Electra, way before I had my hands on it. The dirt must have been very slippery to move that big boat around with 2.73 gears lol
I'm a fan of old B&W movies (especially car themed) and there are some really low-budget obscure ones. Here's George Barris' Custom 66" Wildcat from the 67" movie "PitStop". Was actually created for the director of the movie and was his personal car. I believe it was the basis for the AMT model. Barris also appears in the movie which has all types of race cars. Check out the Riv as well.
The wife & I watched an Adrian Brody movie this past weekend called "Clean". The movie wasn't the greatest but Adrian was driving a Turbo Regal throughout most of the movie. It had the turbo V6 in it but in some scenes it sounded like they dubbed in V8 sounds.
Semi-Pro with Will Ferrell has a Riviera as the movie starts and a 70 GS conv in the parking lot when Will arrives at the League Office. Parts of this film were filmed in downtown Flint MI and at the old State Fairgrounds in Detroit.
Not a Buick, but Moms 1970 454 El Camino SS was in TV movie "Quick" they show once or twice a year...
I watched an episode of Perry Mason recently. These two LeSabres were waiting with the taxis. Patrick
