Hey guys I figured I'd put these 2 videos up in the kill section. The first is from last fall Stock motor, 120shot, Drag radials. The second is this past Nov Stock motor, 150 shot, Drag radials! The Black Notch back is a full bolt on car with cam, intake, headers, Good tune, slicks, 5spd....this is the first race, the second race rematch he put a new motor in, 331/Victor Jr heads, needs tune, same slicks, 5spd. His old combo would go 13.0-13.20 constiently, new combo goes 12.60s first time out. We're good friends so we lined up! Apparently he gets intimidated by my car, he sleeps at the tree everytime we run! And I always seem to win. (yes I know my car rolled the beems and I red light with a -.120 vs his .300 light on the second race., but I got to the stripe first!)

That Mustang would be a lot quicker if he could get it out of the hole and power shift it!!! Letting off the gas during a shift means your scared of it. Shift it like you hate it!! That Buicks cool.

If he could get it out of the hole? He got a 1.68 60' time! He was late on the tree, thats where he lost. His car is faster to the 60', mine gets to the 330' first and the 660' and the 1000'...but he makes alittle ground and is fast enough in the last 320 to get around me if we left dead even.
He's running a stock T5, so he tries to keep it alive.....it blew to pieces later that day though on a nitrous pass of his own.

    And thanks for the compliment.

I used to drive a Fox body for a friend of mine with a stock T5 and leave on the bottle. It had little bolt ons (h-pipe,pulley's, Flowmasters,K&N,3.73'S, M&H's.), the spare tire was removed and so was the front sway bar. It would lay down a 1.55 60ft and carry the front tires. It ran the quater at 12.44. This car did it with a stock clutch and stock motor. It came down to the RPM that I left the line at. I would leave at 3,100 rpm (any less it would bog and any more it would spin)and as the clutch grabbed and the gas was rammed to the floor the bottle would come on via a throttle switch.
I would have rather been driving your Buick..........
