Buick trunk emblem lock cover came off, help needed please

When i bought my 1975 LeSabre Convertible back in October last year, the trunk key cover was missing; cleaning in the car I luckily found the cover, but it does not have nay parts to attach it to the trunk piece. See pictures please. Any help would be appreciated.

 

That's just the cover, your missing the base that actually attaches to the deck lid.
The cover is spring loaded and swings on the base.
