Was reinstalling the gauge cluster in my 71 skylark and broke a couple of my pin terminals where the wiring harness hooks on. It is the fuel gauge and dummy light gauge can these pin terminal be soldered back on? Im guessing they were weak due to age any advice would be appreciated

I have no idea but I'm interested to hear how it turns out.

From my understanding, solder isn't structural and is more to provide a good circuit. If you do solder them, I would assume they are a one-time plug and would need to be repaired if you needed to remove it again.

    Good luck!

I bet you can just find a replacement. Ask in Parts Wanted.

I've used Jason's repair. Worked like a charm.
