I've put a 430 shortblock in the rear passenger seat of a Lincoln town car. Anything is possible lol

Loris, SC is not far at all. Is it in Clinton, NC or Loris?

Highway 701 runs Conway to Loris to Clinton, N. C.

Does Wildcat Performance Engines Automotive Repair Shop in Moultrie, Georgia (Mike Laciura) still have a good rep? Not close but used to be good with Buicks.

Got the call today from the machine shop and the motor was finished today! We are pulling the small block and the m21 this weekend, weather and schedule permitting! I pick the motor up next week!

Nice! Do you already have bbb frame pads for the engine mounts to bolt to?

I actually ordered the frame pads today from TA along with their bolt kit. I already picked up the motor mounts a little while back. The engine still had the original motor mounts attached to it when I got it but I didn’t know if they’d work bc it came out of a big car. The motor mounts I picked up were from anchor off amazon.

Compare them to the old ones. The new mounts are generally inferior to the originals. If the old mounts are the same design, you may be better-off with the old ones than the new ones.

I’ll definitely compare them. I’d definitely prefer to use the originals I’m sure they are made in the USA. I’d have to check the new ones to see where they were made.

New vs original. I included the part numbers too
