BPG Event Update

    Track Update
    .Confirmed today with NTR about Security at the track. Security will be at track on Thursday at 12 noon to allow drop off. They will be onsite until 8am Friday when gates open. Security will be onsite from 8pm Friday till 8am Saturday. Security will be onsite from 8pm Saturday until 12 noon Sunday. You will need ID and registration for vehicles and trailers to leave Facility during those times.

    Hotel Update
    Confirmed today with Host Hotel
    Shuttle Bus for Thursday and Friday Night for Cruise in
    Front Desk to provide shuttle service to and from the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm.

    Closing of Street in front of Hotel for Thursday and Friday from 8pm-11pm
    North 2nd Street will be closed between East Locust and East Church Street between 8:00 pm and 11:00 pm. Barricades at the end of the street will be provided by the City of Newark.

    $20 wrist band

    Side Salad $4.00
    Potato Salad $3.00
    Coleslaw $3.00

    Pricing listed is a la carte. A wristband for one time through the line can purchased for $20.00

    Live Band for Friday Night
    Will have a band performing. Set up/electrical needs to be determined

    Car Wash Station
    Housekeeping to have rags available. Will need to use the hose to wash cars.

    Discount Coupons for Restaurant for both Guests and non guests
    Buick guests (hotel and non-hotel guests) will be provided with a coupon for 10% off in Elements to encourage staying in the Downtown Area.

    Security
    Security has been arranged with Dorie Vermillion. Security will be onsite Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11:00 pm- 7:00 am.

    Conference Room
    The Innovation Room will be used for Storage/Office for the duration of event. Please have 2 skirted 8ft tables in the room with several chairs

    As you can see the BPG does all it can to provide the Best Buick Experience both off and on the track. This Event planning started even before the end of our 2012 Event. If you have any questions ask them as we will answer them...Thanks[/h]
