Spied a NOS dash speaker at Fall Carlisle this year on Skip's table. Talked with him a few minutes about other Buick parts/pieces etc.. Mentioned I had a few small NOS pieces for a big car I really had no use for, Skip replied with some interest on them. We made a deal to trade even. Once I returned home we would send each other the parts & life would be good. Skip simply handed the speaker to me, a complete stranger. Asked me to send the parts when I got home. The first time I dealt with Skip was about 25 years ago. Sounds like he hasn't changed. He has been doing this so long I imagine he is an excellent judge of character. Generally, Buick people are cut from a different cloth and are more honest and trustworthy. :TU: Buick parts at Carlisle have always been scarce. He was always one of the lone true Buick vendors who had a good selection of parts.
