I'll contact the hotel and see if they have a problem with it. We have more food choices closer to Lakeland as well
Cool thing about doing it at the hotel is ya can eat or hang out wherever. They probably have a nice outdoor pool area as well
Let me offer another option for good eating places....... Winter Haven. It's only 5 miles from Auburndale, about a 12 minute drive through some pretty areas. Lots of good eateries there. We have old friends in Bartow that we visit often and we dine in Winter Haven a lot.
Just got off the phone with Jim from Smokin Jims BBQ in Auburndale. He is holding the outside patio area for us. I told him around 20 people would be showing up. We'll have our own waitress and can order from the menu. Hope that sounds good to all! Reservations for 3:30 which should give us plenty of time to get there after the show.
John, can you post the location address for us, also thanks for making the reservation. A little concern is, Are you sure we be out of there that early? They are normally slow with the awards because there are many classes etc. I guess if we are running a little late, you can always call them and let them know we are running behind. But I hope we are out of there early because I will be hungry! Any guess How far is the restaurant from the park? Fernando

Hello Guys! I am soo overly wrapped up in Home Improvement Services AND VERY BUSY trying to acheive completion before the holidays...even tho I would love to hang out, I will not be there. Just a reminder, Pre-Registration for this show is "before 10/05/20" The fee is the same whether you pre-register or register the day of the show ($25), but the pre-registration gets you a show t-shirt.
Wow... I wish I could attend this show. It's only an hour away from here (Zephyrhills). I have another commitment though for that weekend and I still need to do some motor work on the car. Please keep posting these Florida events up here. Hopefully I can attend one very soon. I'm looking forward to meeting you all!
The old fogies of the ROA are expecting me to park and hang with them. What a dilemma! Probably rather hang with this group of old fogies !

Are there any Central Florida guys (Buick or otherwise) who would like to caravan to the Auburndale show? I'll be coming down the 429 from Mount Dora and could meet anywhere along the route (429, I4, Hwy 557).
