We will have two Skymaro's at the event one turbo and one NA.
Looks like the event cut it close on rain. Event is on Saturday and sunny. Anyone else planning on going?

I'm planning on going, but don't have a Buick. I hope to get some good photos in though.

Just got back from the BOP drags in Washington. I turned the boost down to 9 PSI so that I wouldn't get into trouble for not having a roll bar the cutoff is 11.50 the car ran 11.63 @120 mph. I have ran the car on 12 PSI but not at a track and the engine does just fine. I do think that if I could run it down the track on 12 psi it would make it into the 10's and if I went to 15 it would definitely make it into the 10's no problem. My 60' foots are still a slow 1.8 but I tell you what once the boost builds this thing is crazy fast. I was running the same MPH as the high 10 low 11 sec cars but their 60' where in the 1.40 range. If I could transbrake it and build boost on the line I would bet this would be in the 10's on 9psi. According to my desktop dyno it takes 680hp to turn 120 in the 1/4 in my 4200lb car. I had a ton of fun at this event and there where a lot of Buick cars at the event. I think we might have even beat the Pontiac car count. O' I almost forgot, I made it to the quarter finals and lost. But that did not matter because my pump gas sleeper runs mid 11's detuned @ 120 mph so all is good in the Boosted Buick.

James nothing wrong with 1/4 finals. It's good to see you happy with your car and have more left in it.Are you planning for a roll bar?

James, enjoyed talking with you at Bremerton. That car of yours is a real head-turner. Good stuff!! I've attached a couple of shots. Glad you had a good time.

Thanks Jim it was nice to talk with you as well. If I remember correctly that in that race the skylark kicked my arss out of the hole but I passed him at the MPH cones for the win. Are you going to be able to make it to our BOP race in Oregon in 2011?
