The author had a discussion about this book at the local library tonight. Title: Turn The Page. He has known Bob Seger for 50 plus years from the Detroit area. Line was too long tonight but I will get a hold of a copy before Spring arrives here in Michigan. Regards, Upstaged in SW Michigan.

Will also have to pick up a copy. Love Rocking Robert. Only seen him 3 times in concert. But all three where utterly fantastic.

    He's my favorite.

I saw him in Worcester back in 1996 and then stumbled upon the entire show on YouTube.

His songwriting is second to none. I'll have to grab that book.

    Hi,

Believe he is as it would be big news if he wasn't up here in Detroit

Saw the theme, made me remember the Cartoon American Pop, had a bunch of Bob Seger music and things that era

    Regards,

Saw Seger back in the early eighties. The 3 girls I took polished a 5th of Whiskey on the way to the arena. Tammy had a little trouble holding her liquor and lost it all over the guy in front of her wearing his brand new souvenir Seger shirt. Fortunately he took it well, but I'm willing to bet it was a concert he did not soon forget.

At the end of the tour last year he did 4 shows in Detroit. Then he added 4 more shows and the last show was in philadelphia. I am not sure why he would make his last show in Philly? Maybe he will do a few more shows?

Same here, I can't listen to Roll Me Away at a normal volume.

Was able to see him in Rapid City, SD. Last Sept. fantastic show. Then again it is Bob.

I had the pleasure of seeing him do the last show at the Palace before they closed it down. Heart was his opening band. My wife treated me to the concert for my 70th birthday. Bob was always my favorite rock band and Heart was next so I got double the treat.

Probably 15 years ago we saw him at the Charlevoix Michigan harbor. We were moored and his sailboat was entering the harbor. Can't remember the name of the vessel but it had to be 60 feet plus. 2 of my favorite songs from Mr. Seger are Even Now and Brave Strangers. Looking forward to reading the book before Spring arrives.
