This is the same ad I put on craigslist. Anyone from the board interested, I'd start out at $3,900. Don't have to sell it just had a day to clean it up and thought I'd see if anyone wants it. Located in Bowling Green, KY, home of the Buick GS Nationals. Pictures at Craigslist as they are too large to fit here and not worth resizing.

Interesting trades from my Buick brethren would include 1970-72 front fenders, passenger inner fender, core support or a M20 Muncie with 26 spline input to name a few.

A lightly used BMW R1100R motorcycle with less than 11,000 miles. Clear title in hand, licensed through next year.

This is not a beginner bike. If you haven't been riding awhile, I'd suggest against a BMW this size until you have some experience. If you don't have a motorcycle license and your own helmet, please don't waste your time and mine.

I've owned it exactly 13 years today (5/14/2017) when it had only 169 miles on the odometer. I don't ride it enough to justify keeping it and I have too many other toys that I'd rather concentrate on now.

New Michelin Road Pilot 3 tires put on at 9,000 miles at a cost of over $400. Oil changed last October at 10,392 miles. Very quiet, very quick, plenty of torque. Black with white pin stripes, clear windshield, wire spoke wheels and disc brakes all around. Includes large factory BMW hard cases, soft tail bag, Garmin Quest GPS and powered RAM mount. I have an old Two Brother's exhaust with a low pipe and cat eliminator if you want it I'll throw in for free. It was pretty loud and didn't really fit the motorcycle's style.

If you don't want the luggage or GPS, I'll negotiate down from the $4,188 asking price. Make an offer or if you have something interesting to trade like bang sticks or an AWD car or 4x4 truck. Not afraid to pay boot if yours is (really) worth more. No junk, no projects.

I'll add this: If someone from the board buys it I'll donate $100 to the board.

I'll put you in the saddle right if you decide you want it. Any other pictures or a video of it running or anything else, just ask. I rode it to work today since the weather was so nice.

I used to ride my little Honda 450 Hawk all over in the early 80s. Then a Suzuki GS550L until a lady hit me me in 1985, totaled the bike and broke my arm. Next was YZ125 dirt bike and then a Suzuki GS1000L. I then bought a Honda 750 Nighthawk that my dad wanted after 7 years and sold it and bought the BMW. That's the longest I've owned one bike and the fewest miles I've put on one.

It is a 6 hour ride from BG to Athens, OH. I would meet you in Lexington (I have family in Frankfort) if you wanted. That would be the most I've ridden it this year. :D
