Block Z Bar

    Ball studs are the same between SB and BB. Those are Chevelle style with the rubber seal on the shank. The Buick one is different. I have one I could post a pic of.

    Correction- small blocks take the seal on the shank, big blocks take and external seal. So technically they are small block versions. But they interchange with big blocks.

    Thanx, but 1 is 9/16" and other is 1/2" wrench to remove/install. Witch one is the one for a buick 350 . i know they will both fit just wondering so i know you no.. ha

    Not sure. I would take an educated guess and say the one on the right looks to have the correct shape at the base. Maybe someone else can chime in to give a second opinion

    One is GM part # 3816341 used on 64-72 Oldsmobiles and probably Buick small blocks. It used a rubber seal sold separately.The other is GM part # 3866568 used on most GM 73 and up, comes with the seal, and is a replacement for the earlier studs. They both have 1/2"-13 threads and a 7/8" ball.
