Buick Wheel, but don't know what year. Looks good from the front. Some small cracks in the plastic on the back. Prices is $60 plus shipping. Part is located in NY
1963 Skylark. (there were two horn bar styles) I have one in my '64, until I get my original back and installed.
Oops that’s where I have seen it before (bought my wife a 63 Skylark convertible back in the day) must not have restyled them that much from 63 to 64 because it still look a little 64ish
That's why I bought this one. Mine was cracked very badly and I could not see paying $1500 to have it recast, and then Loren got the "group buy" for $400 last year, and I jumped on it. I think the '64 Wildcat had a section of the "batwing" with top and bottom arch separated around 10-2 and 8-4 clock with 4 chrome bands, the Skylark/Special only had the 2 chrome bands at the 9-3 position, but they look very similar.
Here is a '64 Big Buick steering wheel. There are some obvious differences... the gaps at the end of the horn bar, the grips at 3 & 9 and the chrome rings on either side of the grips.
