I look forward to seeing it in person, of all Bill Mitchells project cars I have never been able to wrap myself around this one. There are certainly many interesting items on and in this car, I hope when seeing it it all makes sence
Overall I think it's great, but I find the Red wheel wells a distraction. I'm aware they showed up again later, but never liked them.
It is the cover car in this month's Buick Bugle. According to the article, the car is currently on display at the Gilmore Museum in Hickory Corners, Michigan. It is supposed to be there until the middle of this month. This car was invited to the GM Eyes on Design show which is this July in Michigan.
Same place that restored this car did a Futurliner #10 . Here's a link. They had bad brakes and the driver cooked in the sun, but I love the way they looked!
