better intake

    What is flows better than an SP1 on a 60+ 455

    Spx is worth a little especially if you have it worked,..but it's only going to show with really nice heads and even then further up the rpm range like over 4500

    Why? The SP1 will out flow your heads.

    I have the S-2 TE heads in my motor,swapped years ago from the SP2 to the original SPX.It made no difference at all.SHIFTING AT 6900 TO 7000,exactly the same time,no improvement at all.Bruno.

    Try a tapered spacer,..it will increase pull thru the intake
