Best Gaskets?

I am installing the TA Stage 1 intake with cast iron heads, which gaskets are best?

Stage 1 Valves/Springs and a little port and polish work on the heads along with the TA 212 cam, etc.

Fel-pro stock valley pan type are fine if you don't have more than cleanup cut off heads and block.

 

The ta composite gaskets are way more likely to get 100% seAl vs the steel gasket. I use the AMP valley pan gasket and the ta composite intake gaskets exclusively

 

I used the steel fel pro on the stage 1 intake.
I would not open up runners unless your going to match the intake runners as TA casts the ports on the small side. Stick to bowl porting and valve throat
