Many times I run across guys who can help me in ways that enhance my lifestyle and add to my outlook on humanity in general! My bro came by my house and Clay-barred my car and buffed it to an amazing Shine! His back is better and my car is better… Enough said!

A little clay bar treatment never hurt any vehicle.
    Looking good.

Did his back get adjusted before or after the clay bar treatment? Need to determine who got the better end of the deal.

A few weeks ago, I clay barred my Bonneville. I now have to clamp my fender cover to the vehicle or it slides off!

Is there any secret or tricks to doing it correctly. Clay bar not lumbar adjustments.

I did not watch him do it. Have no clue how he did it. I just saw the results when I got home and was amazed.

I bought a kit at Auto Zone for $20. It came with 3 clay bars and some auto detailer spray. You just spray on the detailer, flatten out the clay bar and rub a 2 foot square section until it's smooth. It took maybe an hour to do my 94 Bonneville. There's probably enough clay and spray to do two more cars.

Be careful not to drop the clay bar on the ground. I put an old towel on the ground just in case.

You will be impressed at how much dirt it removes from the paint.

Years ago I cam across a old one in a package. had been opened so for grins I tried it on a small area of the trunk lid. Theres still scratches that can be seen in the right light.
