Bar That Connects the Core Support to Fender

Looking for one of these, for my 1970 GS... I've no idea what its clinical name is:



Is this reproduced? Or do I need to settle for a used one?

 

It's a fender support and that's not repro'ed. If that was the last one on earth, you could fix it.

 

Should have one. I will check tomorrow.

...be careful when you install, Buick used diff bolts at Flint than GMAD. IIRC Flint course 5/16x12 pitch, GMAD fine 5/16x18? Using wrong one can break off weld nut...

 

This must be for the center support on a GSX front spoiler. Yes, it can be yours! Its missing ONE welded nut. ws

 

This one appears to be 12" stem to stern. Media blasted, etch primed and finish coated black. If you look at the second picture one end has a larger hole than the other. $5 plus the trip.

Just screwed it in tonight... 5/16"NC. The welded nut was busted free and the bolt spinning on the other end, so the cutoff wheel solved that. This was on the front passenger fender of my 72. ws
