    Howdy,

I've had 3 Buicks but I've never had to take the back seat out. How the heck do I do it?

    Thanks,

For the seat bottom, push the very bottom of the rear seat frame back, on each side, to release it from some hooks. Lift the front of the seat up and then pull the seat bottom out.

I believe there are a couple of bolts exposed after you get the bottom out and then you can unbolt and lift out. I have never taken the seat back off, so someone else should probably chime in.

    Thanks, Jeff

That's how you do it. You can look underneath the base and see the two hooks holding it in. It's not real easy to do, but the base will push back. Easiest to do with two people.

Then there are two bolts with BIG washers at the bottom of the back. Once those are off it pops off real easy. Just be careful because there could be paperwork under the seat, tucked up in the springs, or behind the seat. Good luck.
