Axle Bearings and Seals

I need some help. I took off the old bearings, seals and retainers; I cleaned and painted the unit and will be reinstalling them soon. I purchased new bearings and seals; however, they don't seem to fit.

Does anyone have some photos? I think the auto parts store may have given me the wrong stuff.

In those cases I compare the numbers from the old stuff you removed with the new parts numbers. I can give you the GM numbers if that will do you any good.

 

That would probably help, they can cross reference it at the shop. I kept all the other bearings; but, I can't find them.

70-72 rear axle bearing and retainer 3-4000 series except Canadian = GM#7451895

70-72 30-4000 series rear axle seal except Canadian = GM#1234498

this is the rear wheel seal. The bearings are around here ..somewhere..
