Seen TCI offers a Manual/Automatic Valvebody for TH 350/400's just wondering if anyone had any experience with these. Also how close to driving a standard is the manual valvebody, understand the no clutch thing with the manual valvebody just wondering as far as crusing around is it basically like driving a standard?
No it's still like driving an automatic. A full manual valve body is just that, full manual. If you take off from a dead stop with the shifter in 3rd gear, you will leave in 3rd gear. You have to move the shifter to select whichever gear you want. No upshift or downshift without shifter input. Jim Burek
