Are these Floor Pan holes factory?

    On my '69 GS convertible I have these small holes on both sides under the rear seats. Are they from the factory and should I plug them?

    They should have a rubber plug in them

    Looks like he is referring to the smaller hole that the pen is pointing at, not the 1” hole

    I think those are the screw holes where the courtesy harness attaches.

    My '70 convertible had holes there, too. The ones in my car looked like they were punched with a tool that had a shape to it. I thought somebody added them, but, they were almost exactly in the same place on both sides. I got rid of them. Screw holes for the harness are back further and smaller.

    My bet is wiring for power windows harness they were somewhere near them.
