Briz -- I had issues with a micro that was built-in. No cheap answer. After screwing around with some troubleshooting, I just pulled mine out and gave it to a local repair shop. Set me back some $$ but far cheaper than tearing apart the kitchen. And the wife was not going to accept a hack. The real trick is to find someone locally that has some talent -- not a parts swapper. If you bring it to their shop you won't get hit with the service call and hour of labor to get it out and put it back.
