Went up 20 cents over night. That was after creeping up 20 cents before that.

I thought that fire in Texas was not gasoline? I guess it still gives them a reason......

You ever notice how it goes up over night, but when the price of crude drops we don't see the result for weeks?

Oil up about $4.50 and this is the time refineries are doing maintenance in preparation for summer demand.

Did the price of gas go up? I didn't notice. (Gets into Chevy Volt and drives away.)

Supply and demand determines pricing on most everything. Just not gasoline.

And 1972mach1 is precisely right -- refinery goes offline, prices go uo that day. Refinery goes back online, prices drop e v e n t u a l l y.

It’s the annual Spring Bullcrap rip-off. You have to be used to it by now?

Where ever there is money, there is manipulation.

A small group of people are making millions and millions in the oil market.

There is a hedge fund trader in Boston that makes billions in this market by playing in the oil numbers.

The regular person is paying for all of it.

The old increase of the "Summer Blend" gas, at least that's what I always hear out here. Doug

I love driving my old stuff everyday that gets 5 mpg in town way more than I'd enjoy getting 50 mpg in something new.

Yes, it's ............................Because.......................... Because they can, or perhaps because they felt like it. Or because just about any excuse you can imagine. Just grin and bear it is all you can do if you want to drive a "normal" car.
