I shipped a package on May 8 to NE USA with signature required. Tracking it daily, and basically the tracking info is making NO sense. Package has not arrived, and tracking just says “enroute to next facility”.
they have had issues for a few months..be glad its still in the system...thats a good sign..nothing is on time..they tell you that at the counter here....
I feel your pain, I've been waiting on a package for 11 days myself. This damn virus has everything screwed up.

If it wasn't sent priority it's gone by now,..as the lady I spoke to in DC said and I quote,.."if it's not sent priority,..we don't make any promises "
Jim, I had a similar thing happen two weeks ago. For 4-5 days the tracking info didn't change. Just kept saying it was in transit from one postal facility to another. I figured it was lost for good and then it showed up in my mail box. The tracking info never changed.
I had a shipment go dark for a month. Then it popped up out of nowhere, delivered. Post office was a mess before all this started. Customer service almost non existant. Didn't think it possible but now its worse.
I have some parts coming from Inline Tube in Detroit MI, to NE OH. Somehow it went west of Chicago, then back to Cleveland, it was shipped over a week ago, I still dont have it !. I ordered another part from FL on Tue of last week, it showed up on Thur. Everyone in the USPS should be fired !!!!
I had that happen to me recently, bought a Buick part off eBay that was like 45 minutes south of me, and it got sent from Illinois, to Iowa, back to Illinois, then to me, was weird but it’s out of our hands I am just happy when it comes in one piece!
Sold NOS steering column parts to Chris here on the board ship them wed priority mail 2- Day what supposed to be delivered Saturday says the schedule for tomorrow I'll believe it when I see it. South Jersey to Auburn Mass quicker to drive them there.
I sent a package from Birmingham, Alabama to Canada. The package took two days to get to Miami, Florida(900 miles south). Sat in Miami for three days. Then took four days to get to Canada.
Today, a USPS truck was going about 50mph on my street with a 20mph limit. I had to pull off the road to keep from hitting head on. I called the cops and told them I thought someone had stole a post office truck... Delivery on Memorial day ... I didn’t think of that.
I had a shifter plate disappear for around 5 weeks and the day I was about to refund the guy that bought it, it showed up.
1 month to get a dipstick tube from in line tube in MI to NY. After 2 weeks called Parts Place & got it in 3 days & was cheaper. Go figure.
Had a set of Valve covers go from Lorain Ohio to SE PA . 450 miles . 2 day delivery . Sent on Tuesday , Scheduled to be delivered Friday , OK no problem ! . Friday came and went . Checked Tracking on Saturday and it said it was " out for delivery " . Saturday came and went with no mail at all . Checked tracking Sunday morning and it said it was scheduled to be delivered on Monday , Yeah right , that's Memorial Day No way is that happening . It was delivered on Sunday at 4 PM .
Oddly, your overnight to me arrived 20 minutes ahead of time. I sent Jim something a couple weeks ago that pretty much got there as scheduled but 2 recent eBay BIN purchases have shipping windows that would make you think it was December 15th.
I ordered something and wrong part sent so I thought I would be smart and refuse and do a return to sender....guess what tracked it around the county then nothing....out $110. USPS put trace on it 2 months ago. Nothing.... Company ignoring me.....
I still get a e mail every 2 - 3 weeks that says the lost package I reported last fall still has not been found but they are looking. Funny thing is it was delivered to the buyer 3 weeks after I reported it lost. For the money I still get better service from USPS than the other shippers.
Hi, My wife's a rural carrier, and says it should list where it left and destination even if its not the final destination, went from x city, and arrived at y city, should show time left and arrived. I had something that took 2 months to get, the company resent the part and got it in a few days. 2 months later the original arrived, so returned to sender. You can check with your local post office and they should be able to get to the bottom of where it is as long as you have the tracking number Good luck,
Yeah, I mailed something on 5/22/20@10:30am. expected delivery date 5/26/20 Was delivered yesterday on Memorial Day the 25th.@1:36pm. From Ct. to Al.
