Any idea how to work the “new” NADA & Blue book?

    STAGE III Lost Experimental 455-4 Bolt Main Block.

    My sister called me today to see if I would help here sell her 2015 Lexus ES-350 or if I wanted to buy it (yeh! In my dreams,car is drop dead mint mint mint in Scarlet Red/tan leather & LOADED)

    I went to my old friends NADA & Kelly Blue Book to find its value and I cannot navigate it without them wanting to sell me a new one or give me an instant offer to buy it etc.

    I just need to get its value without filling out my “contact info”(What?!) like the good ole days.

    Anyone know of new sources or maybe (high probability)I am doing something wrong and getting dropped into the shark tank every time I try?

    Around here it looks like they are going like 17-25K depending on miles and options. loaded for Lexus would be at least Nav + leather. Prices are high in the NE.

    Thank you Frank I will do that but I also want the advantage of the check off options box because we loaded it out when I negotiated the purchase for her in Charlotte.

    I just used Kelley BB and it worked fine, No problem. you might be clicking on the wrong icon. Click "My Cars Value" then "Get Trade-in value" Once you get trade in value from there you can select private party and other values

    78k ,one owner,dealer installed (tasteful) rear spoiler,always garaged & $erviced at dealership.
    Thank you for price range there, she wants me to bring it to 28104 zip (our home) and make a commission or buy it.
    I think the real deal is she wants her baby brother to get something nice but.....,

    Yes! I experienced the same thing as you described! Use to be as simple as opening a book and have some numbers in a few seconds BUT ohhhh noooooo Not now!
    It’s like playing whack a mole trying to “X” out all the pop up ad’s and “we will buy your car NOW!” Offers.
    I was “mildly” ill to say the least.

    Is nothing sacred anymore in this world!!! Ha Ha

    Okay thanks fellas, it gets dinged for miles so looks like about 15k trade on via KBB & in 18k or 19k range for what
    they are selling for locally.
    She might be best running it through car max.I am so cheap I have MADE money there selling to dealers heh heh
    “Never pay more than you can at least get your money out of anything in an emergency “ and we are always on emergencies edge! Lol
    That and laugh a LOT:D
