I'm here for another year and a half while I finish up my time in the Army. Stationed at Ft. Lewis, WA and looking for events within a reasonable drive distance. I haven't had the chance to get into the event circuit and I want to once the weather gets better this year. Chris

On the second Tuesday of each month, the local chapter of the Buick Club of America holds their monthly meeting at the Black Bear Diner in Federal Way. Re: Anything in the Pacific Northwest??? My first name is Chris, I think I will go but don't see me bringing the lark as the weather looks to be less than desirable. I usually don't get home till about 6 from work and waiting for the ol lady will put me there about 7-7:30. Would this be too late?
Re: Anything in the Pacific Northwest??? Don't worry about not bringing the Buick, many of us don't during the winter months. Meeting starts at 7, usually lasts 30 - 60 minutes, depending upon the topics at hand. Don't want to discourage you from coming, but I think arriving much after 7 would be kind of late for a "winter" meeting. You would end up getting there, and then turning around and leaving. In the warmer months, people usually hang out in the parking lot and talk and check out cars until 8:30 or so, but no so much in Feb.
