Totally rust free. Floors and trunk are clean. 4:11 Posi rear. Cadillac CTS interior needs to be replaced with correct seats (included). Assume it is not a matching number car. Don’t know about PHS. Great resto or Judge clone potential. Not many of these left!
For $12,800 you've got a good classic car you can drive and get admiring looks for (assuming it's as presented), for another 5k you got a real nice driver you can be proud of, for another 20k you've got something that'll win local shows, for another 50k you've got a restored beauty. They don't all need to be restored beauties.
Exactly! Why does every car need to be restored? Drive it as is. Maybe do a quick weekend interior rehab on it. I'd try my hand at installing a headliner in it. What's a headliner?$100? I bet that car would look 10 times better with just a couple weekends of sweat equity dumped in it.
Two of my favorite vehicles are my F100 and my Cadillac. Know it's going to rain or snow? Drive the F100 and still look good. Look like it might rain or there's puddles on the ground/road construction that you wouldn't drive one of the nicer cars through? Grab the Caddy. No worries. No fuss..... I know you know this, Jason, but I don't think many guys remember or realize how good it feels to drive a classic every day.
My tastes are Top Quality yet driven, its $15k just in paint, and the whole car needs to be gone thru, this guys description on the motor alone is suspect, expensive high quality built engine that's not been cleaned and painted when rebuilt screams crappy to me. The car is well priced I'll say that, but to be where it deserves to be is about $30k away IMHO.
