Welp I think the answer has something to do with where the distributor is located.

Nice looking Skylark post-roof with very nice craftsmanship there Bob! Cage and rest of interior looks very nice.:)

Very sad and a shame there's a Shivvie ANYTHING under the hood of ANYTHING other than a Shivvie... :ball: Like mating a horse and a donkey together.....sterile and of not much use to any certified Buick nut.

But, good luck with it and HOPEFULLY, just maybe (if allowed) we will rub off on you and help you to see the true light at the end of that dark Shivvie tunnel that ONLY a BUICK is worthy and SHOULD go between the fenders of a Buick!:TU:

unfortunately there will never be a Buick anything in there until they can get the price down,[and power up] as much as i wanted a buick engine in it the 12k-17k cost :eek2: of it makes no sense dollar for dollar, this engines been 10,20,s in a 4000lb car with a hydrulic cam and 9-1 comp, your granmother can drive this car,so unless its turboed i dont see a buick in its near future,i tried but there just too dam much money   bob

dont really know power #,s ,enough to move a 4100lb car into the low 10,s with the hydraulic cam ,this winter i might go to small roller,[and this car is a little lighter ,and should work better.than my monte that it came out of]
    its pretty basic probably about 8 into it,nothin special,engines @ 4yrs old :) bob

Sweet. At least the body is Buick.
I have over $8,000 in my 464 BBB. I don't like being unsure about the bottom end. Very Nice. :beer
