When I first built up the Regal I installed a wet NOS system I got from Ken @ Everyday Perf. I played with it for awhile and the car went faster but found it was just another added cost to go racing and something else to have to do between rounds. In the brackets being the fastest dont always win the race. So I stopped using it. Lately I keep getting just edged out at the end of the track by the faster cars and more experienced racers. Since I run it out the back door wide open there's nothing left at the end to give me that little extra push when I see the other guy coming up on me like a freight trane. Another racer mentioned I should spray it. Thought to myself been there done that. Later started thinking there might be something to it so I wired the unused push button on my shifter inline with the WOT switch on the carb to fire the NOS at will. Used it twice last weekend and WOW. Its like hitting another gear when that thing fires off. When I see the other guys bumper even with my door I hit the spray and the car will pick up enough to stay even or just ahead at the stripe. Also way more fun than just holding the pedal to the floor and hoping for the best! Now if I could just get better at that darn light:spank:. Lost many rounds on R/T even though I was way close to my dial in.
