    Trying to justify an idea
Does anyone have a picture showing the underside of a big block cylinder head with a spark plug in? And then a second picture with a LTS or long reach plug in?

I want to see how much room the longer plug takes up in the combustion chamber.

I haven't been able to find anything, so I've come to you guys for help

I think the long reach plug tske up about 1cc worth of area from what others have said that hat have actually tested them.

Thank you guys, and these plugs should have no issue with accidentally contacting pistons? I'm assuming no, but if there's someone who's seen it it would be helpful.

No piston issues, 1cc, increases compression .1 of a point. In a hot street GS was always worth close to a tenth.

    John,

Put a blob of clay on the end of the plug & rotate the engine. Pull the plug & check thickness.
